Registration, cancellation, and refund policy:
Course registration secures your spot and involves administrative and material preparation costs.

• Participant-initiated cancellation:

  • Up to 15 days before the course: 15% retained for administrative costs, balance refunded within 20 days of formal request

  • From 7 days before the course: no refund, but possible to use the amount as credit for the next course edition within 6 months, subject to availability
